Anonymous feedback has many benefits, especially when you have the ability to reply to the anonymous feedback. Anonymity encourages honesty and openness, as employees feel safe to share their true thoughts without fear of retribution. This can lead to more useful insights, helping organizations identify issues and opportunities.

  • Collect any identifiable information from those submitting feedback.
  • Collect any information about a submitter's web browser, IP address or anything related to their computer or web connection. The ONLY information saved is the text of their response.
  • Require anyone to create an account to submit feedback.

Anyone submitting feedback can, if they choose to, provide their email address to enable SavvyIdeas to notify them when there is a response. If they do provide their email address it is encrypted before being stored and is never visible to SavvyIdeas users.

We take anonymity seriously, and have built SavvyIdeas to ensure that your employees can submit feedback without fear of being identified.

We take security and reliability seriously. Measures we’ve taken to protect your data include:

Where did the idea come from? I wanted to solve a problem I saw at many companies I'd worked during my career - namely that employees have lots of great ideas, and know where there are problems lurking, but have no way to tell their leaders or don't feel safe to do so.

There were other tools available that tackled the same problem, but they were often aimed at large companies, cost hundreds or even thousands of dollars a month, and were complicated to set up and use. SavvyIdeas was designed to be affordable, easy-to-use, and have all the features you need and none that you don't.
