We've rebuilt our website from the ground up. It's faster, clearer, and a much better reflection of what SavvyIdeas actually does.
The new site includes dedicated pages for each of our core features, honest upfront pricing, and a growing library of resources to help you get more from employee feedback. Navigation is simpler, copy is shorter, and we've stripped out everything that wasn't earning its place.
If something looks broken or you spot a mistake, let us know. And if you have feedback on the site itself, you know what we're going to say.
Suggestion box themes, upgraded
In this release we've introduced a major upgrade to the theme experience. Instead of being limited to a single header colour, you can now choose between solid and gradient headers.
A new curated gradient picker makes it easy to find the right look, with named presets, helpful descriptions, and live previews so you can style with confidence in seconds.

Customise the text of the Submit button
You can now customise the text of the Submit button.
Head over to the Basic Details tab on your feedback box's Settings page to try it out.
Simplified sharing options
We've simplified the Settings page, bringing together the options for sharing your feedback box into one convenient place.
You can now find both the link to your feedback box and the QR code in the Sharing tab, along with options to copy or download them.
Theming enhancements
You've always been able to customise the header of your feedback box to match your brand, but now you can also customise the Submit button.
Adjust the background, border, and text colours, change the shape, and give it a hover effect from the Theme tab on your feedback box's Settings page.
Password protect your suggestion boxes
You can now password protect your suggestion boxes, adding an extra layer of security to your feedback collection process.
Enable it from the Options tab on your feedback box's Settings page, then set the password users will need to enter before they can submit feedback.
Password protection is useful for limiting access to your suggestion box when you only want to collect from a specific audience.
Archive a submission
Submissions can now be archived. Over time, completed submissions can build up and clutter the system. Archiving lets you remove them from the active view whilst retaining them in case you need to refer to them later.
Click the three dots to access the options menu for a submission and select Archive.
Archiving is also useful for removing irrelevant, off-topic, or accidental submissions, keeping focus on the constructive insights that drive positive change.
Edit a submission's subject
Sometimes the subject of a submission isn't quite right — maybe a typo, or it doesn't quite reflect the content. You can now edit it.
An audit trail is kept so you can see all changes that have been made.
Hide the Subject field
By default, your feedback form includes a Subject field. But when a suggestion box is dedicated to a specific topic, that field is often unnecessary.
You can now show or hide the Subject field on a box-by-box basis from the Settings page.
Sort submissions
You can now sort submissions by date submitted, status, or title by clicking the column headers.
Enhanced security for Anonymous Conversations
We've added an extra layer of security to the Anonymous Conversations feature. Previously, a unique link was generated per submission. Now, submitters also receive a unique security token — both are required to access the conversation.
The link and token are shown on the thank-you page and, if the submitter provided their email address, sent to them by email.
Customise the thank-you message
You can now customise the thank-you message shown after a submission, so it reflects your company's tone of voice.
Change the wording of both the title and body of the message, with simple formatting options for the body.
Add a logo to your box
You can now upload a logo to be displayed on all submission pages.
A recognisable company logo helps reassure employees that the suggestion box is an official, endorsed channel — which builds trust and encourages more candid feedback.
Simplified navigation
We've added breadcrumb navigation to the top of every page, making it easier to find your way around and get back to where you started.
Improved colour picker
Previously you were limited to a small set of colours when customising your box's theme. No more.
The new colour picker lets you choose any colour, or enter a hex code directly for exact brand matching.
Tag submissions
You can now categorise submissions using tags, making it easier to find feedback on a common topic.
Tags are defined per box, so the options stay relevant to each box's topic.
Delete suggestion boxes
You can now delete a box you no longer need. Deleting a box removes everything associated with it — submissions, replies, and notes.
Don't worry — we'll always prompt you to confirm before anything is deleted.
Get notified when a new submission is received
You can now opt in to receiving an email notification whenever a new submission arrives in any of your suggestion boxes.
Email notifications are off by default — enable them from your Profile page.
Share suggestion boxes using QR codes
SavvyIdeas now generates a QR code for every suggestion box. Employees can scan it with their phone camera to go straight to the submission form — no link needed.
Put QR codes on posters, notice boards, flyers, or anywhere your team will see them — they're especially useful for employees who don't spend much time at a desk.
