No IP or device fingerprint logging
We don't log submitters' IP addresses or device fingerprints. These details aren't attached to a submission for box admins to inspect.
Feedback is encrypted
Submissions are encrypted when received and remain encrypted in storage, helping protect the content as well as the submitter's privacy.
Follow up without asking who they are
With Anonymous Conversations, a submitter can return through a unique link and security code to read replies and add context, without revealing their identity.

An email address is optional by default, though a box owner can choose to require one. If provided, it's encrypted, isn't shown to the box owner, and is used to send notifications about replies. Submitters who prefer not to provide an email can use their unique link and security code to check for a response themselves.
