No. The trial is free for 30 days and requires no payment details at all. At the end of the trial, if you decide that SavvyIdeas is right for your team, you'll be prompted to upgrade to a paid plan and add a card - but only then.

Your suggestion box will no longer accept feedback, but you'll continue to have access to your existing feedback for 90 days. At the end of that time, if you have decided that SavvyIdeas isn't for you and haven't upgraded to a paid plan, your account and all related data will be deleted.

To keep our prices low, we only offer annual billing at the moment. We may add monthly billing in the future, but for now, all plans are billed annually.

A team member is anyone who can manage feedback in your suggestion box. On the Starter plan, the limit is 3 team members.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We host our SavvyIdeas on Microsoft Azure, which is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR-compliant. We never sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy & Security page for the full picture.

Absolutely. If you're unhappy after your first paid month, contact us and we'll issue a full refund - no questions, no hard feelings. We'd rather you leave happy than stay frustrated.
