Each suggestion box includes ready-to-use sharing options in its Share tab. Pick the one that suits where your audience will find it - or use more than one.

Share a direct link

Copy your box's unique URL and add it to an email, message, intranet page, or anywhere else you communicate. People can open the link in a browser and submit without installing an app.

Use a QR code

Download the QR code for your box and include it on posters, signs, handouts, or packaging. Anyone with a smartphone can scan it and go straight to the suggestion box.

Embed a feedback widget

Add a small script snippet to your website to display a floating feedback button. Visitors can open the form without leaving your site, and submissions arrive in your SavvyIdeas inbox like other feedback.

A link is handy for digital channels. A QR code works well where people may not have a computer in front of them, such as a staff room, shop floor, or community noticeboard. The widget lets people submit feedback in context while using your website or app.

However you share the box, submissions are collected in the same SavvyIdeas inbox, ready for your team to review.

The widget uses your box's theme

Your feedback widget automatically uses the suggestion box's configured theme, including its colours, logo, button shape, and hover effect.

Getting started

Find your sharing options
in the Share tab

Open a suggestion box in SavvyIdeas and select its Share tab to find the direct link, QR code, and widget embed code. Copy the link or widget snippet, or download the QR code to use in your chosen channel.

Widget availability

The feedback widget does not currently support password-protected boxes. Use the direct link or QR code for a protected box instead.
